To qualify for a full refund, you must meet all of the following conditions:

1. You purchased the six-month plan ($39.99) on or after June 11, 2026.
2. You completed every available day of the six-month regimen. Completion is verified on our end through your account activity. No exceptions.
3. After completing the full regimen, you honestly believe you are still struggling with pornography addiction and have not experienced meaningful freedom.
4. You submit a refund request within 30 days of completing the six-month regimen.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@saintsteps.com with the following:

• The email address associated with your Saint Steps account
• A brief statement that you completed the full regimen and are still struggling with pornography addiction

We will verify your completion on the backend. If every day of the regimen is confirmed complete and your subscription start date is on or after June 11, 2026, we will issue a full refund.

Important Terms

• This guarantee applies only to the six-month plan. Monthly and yearly subscriptions are not eligible.
• Completion means every single available day of the regimen was completed. Partial completion does not qualify.
• The refund request window is 30 days from the date of regimen completion. Requests submitted outside this window will not be honored.
• Refund eligibility is based on account activity data verified by Saint Steps. Our records are the final determination of completion status.
• This guarantee is limited to one refund per user and per account.
• Saint Steps reserves the right to modify or discontinue this guarantee for subscriptions purchased after any future notice date. Subscriptions purchased on or after June 11, 2026 and before any such notice are fully covered.
• By requesting a refund under this guarantee, you confirm that your statement of continued addiction is truthful and made in good faith.
